An unlucky paraglider was forced to land on a roundabout in the middle of traffic.
As US army pilot Mark Huneycutt flew above the city of Boryeong, South Korea, on May 12, an unexpected lack of currents forced him to find an unusual landing spot.
The 27-year-old was able to reach a huge and grassy roundabout in the middle of the town, where he could wrap up his wings and get ready to hit a restaurant nearby.
Mark said: “After taking off from a hill nearby I wasn’t able to find enough lift and currents to make my way back to the regular landing zone, so I had to start considering other options.
“There were other construction areas and flat spots available but the roundabout was the safest option.”
