This unlucky daredevil was left with a broken wrist after he fell off his snowmobile in mid-air while performing a backflip – before the vehicle landed on him.
Sergey Korovin was practicing his tricks in Yaroslavl, Russia, earlier this month [March 4] when he squared up to his makeshift snow ramp.
Accelerating quickly, the 38-year-old can be seen accelerating and flying into the sky, but things quickly went wrong once he was upside down.
Falling off his seat, in the footage adrenaline junkie Sergey then plummets to the ground, closely followed by his Lynx Xtreme 850, which lands on top of him.
Sergey broke bones in his wrist and tore ligaments in his right knee which required surgery and pins – but insisted he would be back on his snowmobile as soon as he was out of hospital.
He said: “It was not my first try, the previous ones were better but this time something went wrong.
“I don’t remember how I got there but I woke up in hospital.
“I have already had hand surgery, and leg surgery will be done next week.
“The snowmobile requires some maintenance as well as I do.
“All its plastic parts are broken, and the lights.
“And of course, I will jump again when the doctors fix me.”
