This unlucky athlete faceplanted a parallel bar after a trick went wrong.
Scott Jackson was training at The Parkour Project in Poole, Dorset, when he jumped on the metal frames.
Building momentum while swinging on one of the poles, Scott apparently loses his grip and slips off.
Flying across the mat, he goes face first into the bar opposite smashing his nose straight into the metal and jolting his head back.
Scott said: “When I felt myself slipping, I tried to do a backflip so as not to land on my neck on the floor.
“Unfortunately, I had too much momentum and smashed my face on the metal bar in front.
“Fortunately, I had no broken bones or concussion.
“Just a minor scar that needed stitching.”
