A toddler became confused when taking his mums picture on Snapchat when he thought an avatar on the screen was a real girl behind her.
While getting ready for a friend’s birthday in Mebane, North Carolina, USA, on July 14 credit analyst Keirra Smith asked her son Reilly Cousins to take a nice snap of her.
Despite showing the three-year-old exactly what to do, Reilly accidentally swipes on to a filter, making a Bitmoji character appear leading him to shout, ‘momma, a girl behind you’.
Sorting the filter out, Keirra then poses again only for Reilly to film his mum instead of taking a picture.
Keirra said: “I even set it up for him with no filter, so I guess he hit one by accident.
“Reilly is a very bright and outspoken child.
“He knew something wasn’t right with the Bitmoji, so I guess that was his warning.
“He has played around on Snapchat once or twice playing around at home, but this was the first time I had tried getting an actual picture.”
