A gran and huge love island fan reenacted scenes from the shows in a hilarious video for her daughter.
Lynn Hoyle, from Rossendale in Lancashire, poses for the camera wearing a bikini and Love-Island style water bottle in a series of clips as she pretends to get a text message that often takes part in the show when new islanders join, take on challenges or are dumped from the show.
The 65-year-old retired foster mum filmed the footage for her daughter Leanne Proctor, 37, from Northwood, Hertfordshire, to make her laugh before it was shared on social media.
Leanne said: “She watches Love Island every single night and she is the biggest fan.
“She decided to to do it herself to make me laugh and it really was hilarious. When it started getting shared online I thought she was gonna kill me but she was so up for doing it.
“She just came downstairs in a bikini and my dad was totally confused, she told him not to ask questions and just film her, the rest is history.”
In another clip, ‘Islander’, Lynn, spots a now new hunk in the villa, also known as her husband, Pete, and makes her move after claiming she not interested in having a relationship.
The show has taken over the nation this summer with an incredible 3.4 million viewers tuning in to watch the first episode of the latest season as couple look to find love and cash in on the £50,000 prize money.
Leanne said: “The post has now had 20,500 views already, it’s insane.
“Before I was a stay at home mum, I was an actress but I definitely know where I get it from.”
