An adrenaline junkie claims he has become the first person in over two decades to climb one of the world’s scariest summits.
Arkadiusz Ceremuga, 33, recorded his journey up the highest peak in Tatra Mountains, between Slovakia and Poland.
The peak is over 8700 feet tall and Arkadiusz claims it had not been climbed during winter for 21 years until he took on the challenge.
Arkadiusz, from Poland, said: “I was the first person to climb the hardest peak in the Tantra mountains during winter in 21 years.
“It’s very narrow and steep, but climbing on its ridges and faces is beautiful and I felt very peaceful when I got to the top.
“I never get scared of climbs as for me this is normal – even though this is the highest mountain range in the Carpathian Mountains.”
