A toddler has been caught swearing at her parents after struggling to say ‘quack’ while singing a well-known children’s song.
Aria Williams was singing along to the song, ‘Old Macdonald Had A Farm’ with her mum, Yun Wen Chin, 32, but when she got to duck, she went ‘f*ck f*ck here and a f*ck f*ck there,’ much to the entertainment of her parents.
After realising Aria couldn’t pronounce the word ‘quack,’ Yun decided to film her daughter singing the song as they found it hilarious.
Now two months on, she’s still not learned how to pronounce the word correctly and her parents are adamant she hasn’t picked up the swear word from them.
Yun, from Virginia, US, said: “Everybody found the clip of Aria hilarious and adorable.
“But her inability to say the word ‘quack’ has been embarrassing too.
“At Easter when we were queuing at a supermarket when she saw a chocolate duck, and started yelling ‘f*ck f*ck f*ck!’ at the top of her lungs.
“It makes people laugh when she says ‘f*ck’ even though she doesn’t know it’s a swear word.”
Aria’s parents find it hilarious that their daughter cannot pronounce ‘quack’ despite being able to say other more difficult words.
Yun added: “She has no problem with other commonly mispronounced words like truck, fork, frog, duck. She can say them perfectly.
“Me and my husband don’t swear at home, so she certainly doesn’t know it’s a bad word.
“She just finds that it draws a big reaction each time she says it so that encourages her to keep saying it.”
