A photographer captured the moment a huge wave appears to show a human face.
Trevor Pottelberg, 41, from Canada was in n Long Point, Ontario, in November 2017, when he snapped the eery looking photo that could be the face of a lost captain.
He said: “During the later fall months, namely October, November and December, the winds begin to intensify as air patterns begin to shift. The result of this clashing of warm and cold air creates gale force winds that drive massive waves inland.
“Each fall, I often make the 45-minute drive down to the lake on days where the winds are forecast to be quite intense.
“My goal is to capture unique formations that occur in a split second.”
