This grumpy golden retriever decided being brushed was not FUR her as she barked and jumped around.
As owner Jennifer Smith tried to groom Daisy on January 23, she approached her devoted pooch tentatively.
Quickly the seven-month-old begins yelping loudly and baring her teeth at the hairbrush, with Jennifer trying to slide it closer to her.
In a desperate attempt to avoid the bristles, Daisy leaps and bounds around the brush which is lying motionless on the carpet.
Jennifer, from Northallerton, North Yorks, said: “Daisy has never reacted to it this way.
“When she started attacking the brush I thought she was so cute but crazy.
“She can be a bit of a diva and a stroppy madame.
“When she was only 10 weeks old she got really poorly and at one point we thought she wasn’t going to see her first Christmas she was that poorly.
“So, it’s great to see her being like this, doing what a puppy should be doing.”
