These daredevils are ice-cool as they scale a huge frozen waterfall in the French Alps.
The spectacular snaps, taken by UK photographer Tim Howell, show climbers hanging perilously from the ice cascade with the stunning scenery behind them.
Tim, from Somerset, drove around the Alps with his friends before finding the best conditions to climb.
The 28-year-old said: “The steep tower of ice was such a cool ice feature to climb.
“You don’t find ice climbing like this in the UK and I’m always anxious travelling all the way to Europe to see if the ice is in condition.”
