This 1988 Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 is one of only 56 white editions and is set to go on auction next month.

In the 1980s this car was tipped as being unbeatable on the racetrack. With a second set of fuel injectors and an engine output of 225 PS, it was the high-end touring racer version of the Ford Sierra Cosworth. The car could reach 62mph in 6.2 seconds and could reach 153mph
On top of this car’s insane value, it most recently went for a £4,000 service at a ford specialist garage, which included all fluids, belts and a new battery. Aside from that, the car remains untouched.

It was Joe Macari who discovered the Sierra in 2007, in a private collection in Germany – he bought the car and arranged transport for it back to the UK.
You can find this beats of a car at auction at the NEC Classic Motor Show Sale 2017 on November the 11th and 12th, with viewings on the 10th.
