This is the adorable moment a cat gets confused when a toy mouse he keeps hitting under a door frame is constantly batted back to him.
While owner Eric Pierce watches on at home in Lubbock, Texas, USA, his cat Baby aimlessly flicks the rodent ragdoll under a door frame.
Almost instantly, the tiny toy is flicked back at him by another set of paws, causing the polydactyl Russian Blue to return it back under the gap.
Despite the mouse clearly being returned by the paws of his brother Felix, Baby again passes it to the other side peering past the white handed culprit almost obliviously.
Eric said: “I found it really difficult not to laugh as this carried on for about 10 minutes.
“During that time Baby never seemed to realise it was Felix was on the other side.
“He kept trying to work out why the mouse was coming back to him.
“The pair of them are playful and mischievous.
“Baby loves playing fetch along with our other moggy Maggie.
“Also, he keeps putting this same mouse in our dog Rufus’ bowl in the middle of the night.”
