That’s ironic – a fire safety van has been caught bursting into flames almost killing a father and his two sons.
Emma Rylands, 20, from Stourbridge, West Mids, spotted the fire safety van – which had turned into a fire ball – at the bottom of a local road.
There were too young boys and their father inside and Emma claims they looked like they’d be at a kick boxing or martial arts class.
Thankfully all three were saved after the quick thinking dad got them all to safety before it engulfed into flames.
Emma couldn’t help but notice the company the man worked for, ‘Fire Safety Services’ – the irony that may have saved all their lives.
She added: “There were two young boys and their father inside.
“The dad had managed to get both himself and his son’s out before the van became engulfed.
“Some of the locals had let them into their home, where I’m assuming the fire brigade were called as they were there within minutes.
“The fire was put out efficiently without anyone being injured.
“Firstly I was worried there were people inside as the fire was already too big for anyone untrained to get involved but once I saw everyone was ok it was more amazement at how fast the van went up in flames.
“After the fire had been put out, I couldn’t help but notice the company the man worked for, the irony that may have saved all their lives.”
