A mum-of-one has cured isolation boredom by transforming herself into chick flick favourites such as Blake Lively and Lindsey Lohan.
Nickayla Hiler, 27, spends two to five hours ‘doodling’ on her face to create the impressive looks – using makeup.
The American stay-at-home who is currently living in Thetford, Norfolk, has used contour kits and eye shadow pallets to transform into pop-star Lady Gaga, Angela Jolie as Lara Croft and even Mona Lisa.
She said: “I have always been artistic so I am using my extra time during lock-down to perfect my skills.
“I really enjoy creating these different looks the Lady Gaga one took four and a half hours whereas Mona Lisa only took two.
“I find it interesting that I am able to transform my features with makeup and wanted to expand it into a more creative way.
“It’s almost like painting a portrait on your own face.”
Nickayla says the feedback on her work is often mixed.
She added: “I usually get very hot or cold feedback – people either love my transformations or are extremely uncomfortable with them but that is what I love about it.
“But most of the time people say I am talented and are impressed with my skills which is always good to hear.
“I use a lot of contour kits – it is all about using different tones and creating shadows to make them look more authentic on the skin.
“I usually take some photos and video myself for TikTok before wiping off the makeup.”
“It is fun to see the looks come together – I am inspired by my favourite films such as Mean Girls and Tomb Raider.”
Nickayla has racked up over 31k followers online who are in awe with her looks.
She also enjoys creating illusions with make up but says celebrity transformations are her favourite.
