A daughter recorded the hilarious moment her mother and father tried to best each other by clocking in the highest speed against a roadside speed monitor.
During quarantine, it is important for people to still get out and do some daily exercise.
And with the roads completely deserted, a couple decided to put a competitive spin on their work out, by competing to see who could clock in the highest speed on a roadside monitor.
Recorded by daughter Amy Skelton in Hertford on April 1, Mandy Skelton, 55, managed to record a speed of eight miles per hour. However, hubby Barry Skelton, blitzed the competition by doubling the speed and recorded the winning pace of sixteen miles per hour.
Barry said: “It was good fun. I can’t believe that the video has gone viral.”
