A photographer has captured the beauty of New York City with a series of stunning time-lapse shots.
Chemical engineer Brian Youchak, 33, from New Jersey, has been practising time-lapse photography in his spare time since 2015.
In 2019, Brian visited New York City and captured amazing time-lapse shots of some of his friends walking through the busy streets and checking out some of the most popular attractions.
Brian filmed motion shots of famous sights such as the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, the Vessel and the downtown skyline.
Brian said: “My favourite part of doing this is watching the time-lapse after shooting the video and seeing things move that I didn’t notice in person.
“There is movement everywhere, we just need to watch closely sometimes.
“My favorite attraction in New York was the Vessel in Hudson Yards.
“The Vessel is heaven for a time-lapse photographer because it feels so symmetric, but yet chaotic at the same time.”
