See this incredible athlete pull off this difficult jump in a playground without breaking a sweat.
Traceur Semyon Cherepko, 26, jumps onto a barrier before flipping over and landing on some playground equipment.
He then performs a cartwheel back over the barrier and finishes with another stellar backflip.
Semyon says he has been doing parkour since he was 14 years old and trains at least two or three times a week.
He says: “The main difficulty is to get on your feet with a definite angle to be able to jump back.
“Parkour brings a meaning to my life.
“It teaches me to overcome problems, to overcome myself and see the world at different angle.”
