A clingy cat has turned into a real purr-l dancer as he sits on his owner while she swings around her living room.
Alyssa Geil has been practising her pole dancing for four years now, but she was only joined by her kitty companion Mr Wilson in November 2017.
As the 27-year-old fitness enthusiast swings around the pole at her home in Tallahassee, Florida, the seven-year-old black tabby happily joins in up to twice a week.
Despite weighing more than one stone (17.4lbs), Alyssa easily stays balanced on the apparatus with her feline best friend chilling on her side.
Alyssa said: “Mr Wilson seems to really enjoy spending time with me when I’m pole dancing and purrs the whole time.
“He has always been intrigued and involved since I began training at home.
“At first, he would just sit and watch but then I tried a basic climb with him over my shoulder.
“Once he was used to that, he would happily lie across my body as I was sat on the pole.
“Ordinarily, my boyfriend will help put him on me once I’m in position, but we are working on getting him to jump up.”
