A mum-of-three praises an INVISIBLE gastric sleeve for helping her lose a whopping seven stone.
The operations director was hypnotised to believe she had undergone gastric sleeve surgery – putting an end to her four year bad eating habits.
Deb Forster, 49, from Kent, admits she was sceptical, but now couldn’t be happier after dropping eight dress sizes in six months.
She now oozes with confidence and vows to never weigh over 23st again.
The grandma-of-one said: “I tried every diet before but I would always give up, I wasn’t mentally strong enough to stick to it.
“A friend recommended The Hypnotist Man, Robert Hisee and I thought what have I got to lose?
“I was sceptical but desperate to lose weight and willing to try anything.
“I spent the afternoon with him and he taught me how powerful the mind is and made me truly believe that I could do anything if I put my mind to it.
“I was hypnotised but I had no idea it was happening, it was really odd when I left the session, as I knew he didn’t really insert a gastric sleeve through surgery, but I immediately felt as though he did.
“My weight problem was due to portion sizes and relying on comfort food such as six bags of crisps and a family sized bar of chocolate but from the hypnosis onwards, I could only stomach small amounts.
“I couldn’t believe it; I was full from just a handful of food such as porridge or spaghetti Bolognese.
“One month after the hypnosis in June this year, I went on a week retreat and managed to lose a stone!
“I learnt about food and exercised three times a day, prior to the invisible gastric sleeve – exercise was considered a dirty word that would never be used.
“I even climbed a mountain which was a massive achievement that I am proud of.
“My whole mindset has completely changed, and I am feeling more confident than ever.”
Deb piled on the pounds following the death of her mum Norma in 2015 – she turned to food for comfort SUCH AS.
She is determined to maintain her weight loss and hopes to be a size 12 for her 50th birthday in January.
She adds: “I looked like my mum and subconsciously I think I overate to get rid of the constant reminder every time I saw my reflection.
“Earlier this year, I craved to be happy again and now I am.
“I feel like a different person, I don’t mind the mirrors anymore and enjoy clothes shopping in store rather than online.
“I am living my life again and love socialising – I have attended a couple more of Robert Hissee’s events because we have such a great time together.
“I have not only gained a new mentality through him but a friend too.
“I want to help other people who are trying to lose weight and I hope my story shows them that there is light at the end of the tunnel.”
The Hypnotist Man, Robert Hisee said “When I first met Debbie she looked really depressed, she had a very low tone of voice, she was timid and she was extremely overweight.
“For the last hour of the session I entered Debbie into a hypnotic state where she had the hypnotic gastric sleeve surgery.
“When she woke up, she said ‘Wow! That was amazing, I can still feel something pushing down on my stomach, it is weird but also amazing experience.’
Following her session Debbie and I have stayed in touch along her journey – she is now 100lbs lighter and I am very proud of what she has achieved.”
