A talented tattoo artist creates incredible hyper-realistic tattoos that are virtually identical to the photos they were inspired by.
Oleg Shepelenko, 34, from Rostov-on-Don, Russia, has been a tattoo artist for more than 16 years and specialises in photorealism.
Oleg uses needles and coloured ink to recreate on-skin versions of animals, celebrities’ faces and cartoon characters.
His amazing skills mean his tattoos of young children and adults alike almost come to life on the bodies of the people who commission them.
Oleg said: “I chose photo realism because I always wanted to develop my skills, to make something impossible.
“Something that makes people doubt if it’s a real tattoo or a photo.
“I enjoy doing portraits and animals, and my absolute favourite is children faces.”
