An urban explorer snuck into an abandoned factory and came across some unused but functioning retro computers like a scene Stranger Things.
Brave and rebellious “shiey” likes to travel from his home in Vilnius, Lithuania, to discover some of Europe’s most unique and creepy abandoned hangouts.
Travelling to Latvia, the urban explorer and videographer began on the roof of a huge textile factory, and then once finding his way inside the creepy building, stumbled across a large server room with functioning computers.
Reminiscent of a scene out of Cold War 80’s movie, shiey began to playfully log-in to the computers, which to his surprise still functioned.
shiey said: “I picked this location because big Soviet Union factories, like this one, didn’t get enough funds to continue and parts of them became shut off and abandoned.
“I don’t know why such a room would be still functioning in the heart of the abandoned part of the factory, but it was.”
