A stunning rainbow was filmed just after midnight and appeared to glow red.
Muhammed Kizilkaya was enjoying the almost endless daylight in Heidarhorn, Iceland, on July 3 when the stunning sight appeared.
Capturing it on his phone, Muhammed showed the time to be 11 minutes after midnight as he panned around to show the scarlet skies in the rest of the valley.
Muhammed said: “It was absolutely mesmerising.
“We see it once in a while during mid-summer when we have the midnight sun.
“But never do you see such thing anywhere else in the world, as the main ingredients is indeed the midnight sun.
“I believe the light waves become different and this red colour reflected on the clouds to make the rainbow appear a gold/red/orange colour.”
