A committed mum integrates her newborn baby son into her workouts, even using his pram as an ab workout.
Gymnastic and aerobic trainer Olena Sheremet, is such a fitness fanatic, that after giving birth she managed to incorporate her son Deyman into her exercise regime.
Finding it difficult to juggle her commitments to her baby and her passion and profession, the 25-year-old mum, from Lviv, Ukraine, decided to combine both aspects of her life together.
From performing squats with her one-year-old son in her arms, to incorporating Demyan’s baby carriage into her workouts, motherhood hasn’t stopped Olena from staying in tip-top condition while also helping to create a strong bond with her child.
Olena said: “Little children need a lot of attention, but mothers don’t always get enough time to themselves.
“After my son’s birth I returned to work very quickly. I did not have the time to do my own workouts, so I decided to work-out with my son in order to return to my previous form.
“In my videos, I demonstrate how young mothers can incorporate their baby carriage into their workouts. They are simple exercises, but it allows your baby to be in your company.
“On walks, I use simple exercises like squats, lunges, kicks, planks and I also lift Demyan’s baby carriage.
