A sleepy cleaner who accidentally left the house with his TV remote decided to treat it to a big day out – and took a hilarious photo series documenting its adventures.
Dean Barrow, 28, usually gets picked up for work by a friend but was running late so headed straight for the bus, unaware the controller was in his pocket.
When the industrial cleaner, from Liverpool, realised what had happened he decided to show the clicker some of the sights of his home city including the iconic Radio City Tower, Liverpool Lime Street Station and St George’s Hall.
Not stopping there, Dean’s comedy antics also included introducing the remote to his mum, having breakfast with it, allowing it to drive a forklift truck, taking a sunbed break and even going to a checkup at the doctors.
He said: “I just woke up late for work, I was in a rush and got out of bed.
“I realised when I got on the bus the remote was in my pocket.
“I decided then I would take a set of pictures.”
