A pair of salty seadogs lived up to their name as they appeared to help push a row boat along by paddling behind it.
Hal Harding was stood on the side of the river in Barcombe Mills, East Sussex, on April 30 when he spotted a couple of really helpful pooches.
With one hanging off the side of a boat – carrying three people – and another swimming behind, the two canines paddled furiously as they floated downstream.
Hal said: “I genuinely think the dogs were trying to help, but I don’t think it was though.
“The boat can’t have been going much faster than a slow walk.”
