Two un-BEAR-ably cute polar bear cubs have been frolicking in the snow with their proud mum.
These adorable snaps show the cubs exploring the brand new world as they venture outdoors for the first time since their birth.
From rolling around on the ground to falling into snow dens, Aleksey Rodak, 43, captured the shots last month [March 2019] at Novosibirsk Zoo, Russia.
Aleksey, an amateur photographer and engineering builder, said: “It was the first time the mother bear, known as Gerda, showed her cubs to the visitors outside of the closed enclosure.
“They were born in the end of 2018 and are not the first cubs Gerda has given birth.”
Gerda and her partner, Kay, already have two older cubs – Shilka and Rostik – but this time Gerda had two cubs at once and now all her attention is paid to these two small cubs.
He added: “The gender or names of the cubs are not known yet and the nicknames are still not known but this enclosure is the most popular in our zoo.
“All day there are lots of visitors observing this cute family.”
