Wild waves swamped a van driver as water crashed over a seawall from Storm Gareth.
Alex Pino was driving along the coast of Lyme Regis, Dorset, on March 12 when gales forced the English Channel over the top of the sea wall.
Driving along the wall, water crashed on to the windscreen leaving his windscreen wipers to work frantically to clear his view.
Alex said: “It saved washing the van.”
