For anyone that has a collection of fields that are multiplying, this beautiful farmland might be just the ticket – as it currently belongs to megastar Olivia Newton-John.
The Grease actress and four-time Grammy winner is looking to sell her sprawling 187-acre plot and home, and the ideal buyer, she said, would be a fellow nature-lover like herself.
Priced at £2.9 million GBP ($3.9 million USD), the farm – which is around 40 minutes from Byron Bay – features more than 10,000 trees that have been planted by Newton-John over the last four decades.
These rainforests also contain the likes of a natural waterfall, two dams, a creek, and a stream running through the property.
The home itself, in Dalwood, New South Wales, was renovated in 2002 and comes with three bedrooms and a large, open kitchen.
Inside, the likes of pebbles, shells and objects from nearby beaches adorn the walls. Also tied into the home is a four-room suite that is suitable for guests.
Having spent increasing amounts of time in Melbourne and the Hinterlands of Byron Bay, where Newton-John opened the Gaia Retreat and Spa in 2005, the decision to list the property didn’t happen so fast – it was time, she said.
Olivia Newton-John added: “The expansive view from the farm is breathtaking and captured my heart all those years ago.
“The 136 plus acres gives total privacy with peaceful calming energy.
“Bordering on an ancient rainforest brings glorious morning birdsongs.
“It’s a magical spot that is the home for many different species of wildlife.”
