A scuba diver filmed a baby cuttlefish popped out of its egg.
Terence Yu, 40, was filming the egg sacs as he was diving in the Lembeh Strait, Sulawesi, Indonesia, when suddenly one of the tiny creatures came out of its transparent vessel.
The footage, captured on December 31 2017, was only posted by Terence on social media on January 3 2019.
Terence said: “I was just really lucky to be there at the time when some of the eggs started hatching.
“You can see the unborn cuttlefish in the egg sacs so they’re cool to watch even if none are born.
“My dive buddy is the one you can hear squealing when the baby came out.”
