A stunning fitness fanatic looks unrecognisable after dropping 13 STONE by ditching her £50 per day fast food addiction.
Alysha McNair, 21, weighed over 27 stone at her heaviest after her eating habits spiralled out of control – something that left her visiting up to five different takeaways per meal.
With the recommended daily intake for women being just 2000 calories, Alysha was consuming double this in just one sitting.
The result of Alysha’s overeating left her with a huge bulging waistline and a dress size XXXXL – something that subjected her to years of bullying at school.
But Alysha, from British Columbia, Canada, decided to change her ways after realising she had just two options, ‘change or die.’
After documenting her dramatic weightloss diary online, Alysha joined her local gym, ditched fast food and now looks unrecognisable.
Alysha has now embarked on training to become a qualified personal trainer after completing her transformation last year.
She added: “I was addicted to eating take away and often I would visit five different fast food restaurants just to complete just one meal.
“I was desperate to change as a teenager due to the horrific bullying but I couldn’t stick to any diets.
“But after choking one day on a fizzy drink at 17-years-old and struggling to catch my breath, I realised it was die or change.
“I weighed 379lbs [27st] at my heaviest and I felt so ashamed of myself that I barely went outdoors.
“I spent four hours putting make-up on to try and feel better about myself but nothing worked.
“I was eating my emotions but it wasn’t until I realised my future was in the balance if I didn’t change that I decided to actually do something about it.
“I started walking more and began pre-planning my meals rather than relying on fast food for every meal.
“My mum was really worried that I’d die young due to my weight.
“I was over the moon when all my diet

changes and exercise began to pay off.
“I’ve now lost 13 stone which is half of my body weight and I have never felt more amazing and I’m now a dress size 14.”
Alysha documented her weightloss journey on her Instagram page @goldcorosefitness in a bid to inspire others.
She added: “It was daunting to upload photos of myself with my stomach out but I felt it was necessary to see how far I’d come.
“I wanted other people who were the same size as me to realise that losing weight is always possible.
“I’d been overweight since I was a young teenager and after being horrifically bullied for it, I knew it wasn’t always easy to see the light at the end of the tunnel
“I had even dropped out of school at 14 as I was bullied so bad that I no longer believed I was beautiful and was never invited out to do things with kids my age.
“I feel and look completed different now and have decided to become a personal trainer to help others.
“I never buy fast food anymore and feel like I’m competitive body building now.”
