Dizzying point of view footage shows a speedrider soaring between snowy mountain tops.
Thomas Brand took to the skies above Pointe Helbronner, Italy, using just a pair of skis and a parachute on January 20.
Starting at 1000 metres, the daredevil 23-year-old flew across the packed snow below him, before taking off and reaching speeds of up to 75mph (120km/h).
With jagged rocks of the Alps below him, the fearless ski instructor even performed perfect barrel rolls, which – with his POV camera – made it look like the world was turning upside down.
Thomas, from Cruseilles, France, said: “I’ve been skiing since I was three-years-old, but this was the best adrenaline rush ever.
“In total I was only flying for about four minutes, but it made me so happy.”
