This is the heartwarming moment a generous blogger gave out pizza to homeless people.
Daniel Kim, 23 made the day of many people living on the streets in Chinatown, Washington, US, by treating them to a freshly cooked pizza each on a cold winter’s day last month.
His video shows the pinapple and pepperoni pizzas being prepared and distributed while still hot and the reactions from those less fortunate are priceless.
The blogger is thanked with handshakes and hugs by the homeless people who look delighted to have a fresh meal all to themselves.
Daniel said: “Homelessness in DC is a big issue which is why there are many local organisations aimed to help them by providing food and shelter.
“They were all grateful and extremely thankful for the pizza. You could tell they haven’t had a warm pizza in a long time.
“I made the video to show how easy it is for us to leave a positive impact on people – not just the homeless but for everyone.
“I stopped and spoke to each of the individuals. I learned that simply greeting them with a “hello” will brighten up their day.
“I hope that people can learn that a simple act of kindness can go a long way – longer than you’d think. It’s so easy for us to do good.”
