This eye-wincing video shows a nifty body builder using only his fingertips to hoist himself over a push-up bar.
Narek Hakobyan, 29, from Armenia practices this painstaking routine on a daily basis.
The super-strong fitness fanatic said that he trains two to three hours a day.
In the video, Narek can be seen reaching up for the bar before balancing on top of the bar with only his middle fingers.
“I love doing exercises that are amazing and unbelievably difficult,” he said.
“I am really into sports. That’s what makes me compete, work out, work out more and hopefully win.
“Sport, setting records is truly one of the most important and great parts of my life.
“I’m trying to see the human power capabilities through me.”
“I have practised different kinds of sports;such as karate, boxing, weightlifting, swimming and running.
“I have done all of these kinds of sports so that l can strengthen my muscles and maybe even break records.”
