Fancy making a splash like never before?
The Hotel Villa Honegg in Switzerland has an infinity pool which seemingly runs into the stunning lake it overlooks.

With Lake Lucerne down below, often blanketed by clouds and snow-capped mountains in the distance, taking a dip outdoors would ordinarily sound little short of freezing.
But with the villa’s infinity pool heated at 34ºC year round, it could just offer the swim of dreams.

The Art Nouveau-style villa on the Bürgenstock was first built in 1905 but underwent an overhaul of changes in 2011 which included the addition of the pool.
Swimmers can paddle from the outside pool in through an open doorway if they prefer the comfort of a roof and panoramic views via the safety of a pane of glass.
