A baby kangaroo was given ‘pouch practice’ by keepers after losing her mother.
The video, captured on December 4, last year, shows the six-month-old roo happily jump into the handmade pouch as she cuddles in the arms of the keeper at the Kangaroo Sanctuary, in Alice Springs, Australia.

The kangaroo, affectionately named Minnie Mouse, was orphaned and now has 24-hour care with her new family.
A Keeper from the sanctuary said: “They feel safe in the pouch and she will stay in there most of the day because she is still very young.
“She will sleep for most of the day.”
