“It’s taken hours and hours of practice for some tricks, but the creative mind set came naturally.
“I compete in worldwide professional tournaments with the greatest players in the world. When I come up with new tricks, I shoot one I already know, and then new versions of it come to me.
“Some tricks take one attempt, but some have taken me years to make.
“My favourite shots are the Masse Curve Shots.
“They always shock people that don’t play pool at a high level, so they don’t believe the ball can curve.
“I do feel like I’m getting better and better, as long as I keep practising consistently.
“If you stop shooting for even two days, you’ve already declined and must practice even more.
“Some days I practice more than 10 hours with no air conditioning, in the hottest and most humid state in America.
“This is truly one of the most difficult sports, so it takes hours and hours of practice.”
