This really is the house boat for the man who’s got everything – it comes with your very own sea-plane dock built in.
Sadly the sea-plane is not included but in this one little module you can have a house, a boat and plane – so it’s still pretty impressive.
The house boat is set to come pre-fabricated and impressively the floating home can be up and running in just two days.
The unusual design means that the pieces of the boat are designed to lock together like pieces of Lego and can be used to create a floating village.
Developed by Russian architect Max Zhivov, the little boat is called ‘Modul Go’ and not only is it inspired by Lego, but also the flat-pack furniture of Ikea.
Depending on your interests the house can be modified to store cars, canoes, planes or even to become a café or cargo vessel.
Measuring 9 m x 4,5 m and 13 m x 6.5 m, though they can be modified, the house boat comes with an electric motor and environmentally friendly solar panels on the roofs.
Expected to cost about £87,000, Max hopes to create an affordable and easily modified boat.
Max Zhivov said: “I love aviation very much and a year ago I collaborated with an airplane company that makes small privates airplanes and hydroplanes in Russia, and since I am an architect in my first profession, I came up with the idea of combining aviation and architecture – so projects of houseboats appeared.
“I love playing LEGO with my daughter and I thought it would be interesting to name something in the title that looked like (Lego).
“Creating an environmentally friendly boat is very important; we need to understand we need to take care of nature we should know that nature needs to be preserved by another generation.”
