This is the brilliant reaction that a Granny has to a fake lotto ticket that says she’d won $10,000.
Thinking she’s won, seventy-six-year-old Ethel Nell Frazier lets out a joyous shriek and screams ‘I knew it!’.
The ticket was bought for her by her grandson, Christopher Frazier, 33, who picked up the fake ticket at a nearby mall.
But the scratch-off loving Gran is so overwhelmed, she won’t listen to Christopher as he tries to explain it.
Christopher, who shot the footage in Longview, Texas, said: “I do dumb stuff around her as often as I visit, but never really prank her. She loves scratch offs and when I saw fake lottery tickets at Spencer’s for like $6 I said to myself, I’ll get one for her.
“So I bought my granny a fake lottery ticket, and placed it in a box, and gifted it to her – she scratched off the ticket and was overwhelmed with joy.
“So much so where she wouldn’t listen to me, nor pay attention to back of lottery ticket – this is her natural personality.
“When she saw the ticket she was very happy, overwhelmed, and over excited all at the same time.
“When she realised it was a joke it was back to reality, kind of disappointment. She had already started paying bills and spending money in her head, and then she realized she was still broke.
“I didn’t expect it to be this funny, she started to cry at one point, and I really felt bad, I almost cut the video. But I kept it rolling, I really couldn’t believe she would act like that, but that’s my granny.
“People tell me all the time how this video Brightens their day, and how much the love my granny even though they’ve never met her – she could use all the ‘bless her hearts’ that she receives.”
