This pumped-up fireman’s gymnastics are definitely lit as her performs some impressive moves while wearing his full kit.
As the everyday heroes enjoy some downtime in the station in Santos, Brazil, Wilian Xavier Franco decides to show off an impressive routine.
Holding on to the hose above him, the 29-year-old lifts his lower body up and over his own head before using his forearm strength to thrust his upper body clear of the makeshift bar.
Performing the manoeuvre – known as ‘the octave’ – an impressive four times, Xavier lands on his feet to applause from his colleagues.
Xavier said: “My sergeant challenged me to perform the octave.
“It’s a common exercise for firefighters but we don’t normally do it fully equipped.
“I was wearing all our protective gear and respiratory protection so it was quite heavy.
“I love keeping fit so was more than happy to take on the challenge.
“My colleagues were very impressed.”
