Hid, who lives in Brazil, captured the images over the past five years and says they’re part of his ‘Neon Project’.

Hid said: “I produce photographs in which I paint on people’s skin with fluorescent ink. I transform people into a unique and different being with more colours and lights.

“All photos were produced and captured between 2013 and 2018 in my studio and I created them by painting people with neon fluorescent paint.

“This was the first image of the Neon Project and today it has a much larger visual aesthetic than five years ago.

“I like this image because it shows that all visual work can have a construction and be perfected over time.”
