Boxer and I’m A Celeb star Amir Khan has taken his mansion off the market after patching up his marriage with wife Faryal Makhdoom.
The marital home was originally placed on the market in June 2017 for £1.6 million and was later slashed to £1.2 million in August 2017 as it appeared his marriage was in trouble.
But the house has now been withdrawn from sale indicating the 30-year-old is back on track with his wife, who is currently pregnant with their second child.
The pair were embroiled in a shocking Twitter spat last August after Khan accused his 26-year-old wife of cheating on him with boxing rival Anthony Joshua.
The tweets were later deleted but Khan confirmed the split on his Snapchat later that night.
But when Amir entered the jungle on I’m A Celeb in November, he appeared to have reconciled with Faryal before taking his house off the market.
In 2006, the former light welterweight champ bought the detached house, which is just three miles from his hometown of Bolton also included a bungalow opposite the boxing champ’s driveway.
The 3,500 square foot contemporary home boasts a ground floor dedicated to a swimming pool, steam room and gym along with a home cinema and pool table.
The bungalow opposite the main house also offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a dressing room.
The estate agent’s listing reads: “The full specification of this exceptional property can only be appreciated by personal inspection whereby viewers will then experience the tremendous statement it makes with an ambience of comfort, health and well being.”
The couple were introduced by a mutual friend and married in 2013 in a lavish 1000 guest ceremony at New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
Amir and Faryal welcomed their first child, daughter Lamysa, in May 2014.
Their four-year marriage has been overshadowed by cheating claims and reports that Amir has been linked to a string of women, including reality stars, models and playboy stars.
Khan has also been involved in a bitter feud with his family over Faryal.
Faryal claimed that the boxer’s parents attempted to split the couple up whilst she was pregnant with their first child and she was later branded ‘evil’ by Sajjad Khan, Amir‘s father.
After Amir confirmed the pair had split in August 2017, following the hour-long twitter spat, the two-time world champion was spotted partying with Instagram star Gulbahor Becknazar in a club in Dubai, the next day.
The next day Amir took to Snapchat again to apologise for his behaviour the night before, he said: “I just want to apologise for my behaviour yesterday. I know it’s something that you guys don’t want to see.
“But it was it’s what my ex-wife’s drawn me to do. Faryal’s drawn me. Her mum’s drawn me. They’ve taken my daughter away from me.
“She’s in New York. Faryal’s threatening me for me to never see my daughter again.”
‘I don’t want to live like this. I only went out yesterday because I’m so stressed out with all that drama that’s gone on and I wanted to let myself go.
‘I went out with a group of friends. I don’t drink alcohol. Just don’t use it against me. I did nothing wrong yesterday. I was just so frustrated with everything that’s gone on.’
The couple appeared to be putting on a united front when Amir was announced for I’m a Celebrity, with Faryal posting a heartfelt statement on her twitter where she told her followers herself and Amir had ‘put their differences behind them’ and were ‘starting afresh’.
Amir and Faryal also reconciled with Amir‘s family after they threw him a strawberry themed welcome home from the jungle parry and the infamous strawberry-gate in the camp.
