This mum’s first time using virtual reality ended with her clutching her dog’s bum to her face.
While Gabrielle Joyce’s mum, Dawn, played on the Stranger Things game on November 30, she quickly becomes spooked.
To soothe her worries, she grabs the family’s jackadoodle, Bow, and holds the seven-year-old close to her.
Leaving Gabrielle in hysterics, unaware of which end of the pooch she is holding, her mum then pulls the dog’s behind to her face leaving them all to howl ‘you’ve grabbed the dog’s arse’.
Gabrielle, from Sunderland, said: “I was hysterical.
“This was the first time mum had played on the VR and it couldn’t have been funnier.
“All she wanted was Bow to comfort her.
“After she’d taken the headset off, she was fine and wanted more cuddles.
“It hasn’t put her off using the goggles, she even used them the day after.”
