A tiny wild-west home that looks like something from a cowboy movie could be YEEHAAS for only $120,000 (90KGBP).
This gorgeous little cabin in Pioneertown, California, USA, was even used as the ‘false font’ in a Hollywood movie set during the late 1940s.
Located in a tiny town believed to have around 350 residents the property is up for sale at $120,000 (90K GBP) with realtor Madelaine LaVoie of Cherie Miller & Associates.
The little wood-framed shack marked with a large red star has been kitted out to run on solar energy and has a lounge area with a small loft capable of fitting a queen-sized bed.
While there is no bathroom or kitchen within the property, the 2.65-acre location has room for development or renovation.
Madelaine LaVoie said: “It’s a rarity for us to see, but it’s a very sweet little place.
“The price is based on the sales of other land in the area, it has been cleaned up and is weed free, it has a large wooden archway.
“I believe it will be more of a second-home type of place, I don’t think someone will live in it full-time but buy the property to build on as a main residence or keep it as a guest house.
“For someone who wants to build their dream home they can live in the cabin while they are building or modifying the little house and use it as a weekender.
“We get a lot of people from LA, the music and television industry moving to the area in droves and buying this sort of property.”
