This luxury home is certainly not a ‘heartbreak hotel’ because you can live like THE KING in Elvis’s honeymoon hideaway for under $6m (4.5mGBP)
This secluded estate in Palm Springs, California, USA, is the famous location Priscilla and Elvis honeymooned in 1966 after their Las Vegas wedding five years before.
According to reports, while crossing the threshold the singing superstar serenaded his wife with ‘Hawaiian Wedding Song’ as he carried her into the property.
The spacious property has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, an oversized pool, tennis court and is situated within the gorgeous scenery of both the San Jacinto Mountains and Coachella Valley.
Boasting ‘complete privacy’ the home built in 1962 was designed by modernist architect William Krisel at the time dubbed the ‘future’ of housing and was located far from prying eyes in a private cul-de-sac.
It’s up for sale at $5,900,000 (4.5mGBP) with Mary Kay Nibley of Rodeo Realty.
