These cheeky triplets have been caught causing mischief at home in a series of hilarious clips filmed by their glamorous mum.

Dolly, Annie and Gerard Smith, now 17 months old, from Liverpool, can be seen covering themselves in pasta, pushing one another into walls, sliding down the stairs and even using one another as human stools.

Their mum, Kate, 35, has been overruled by her mischievous tots and has managed to film a number of their antics to show her family and friends.

The make up artist has her hands full, and cannot even begin to start cleaning her home until the triplets have gone to bed.

With the trio all sleeping in the same room, Kate will often find them throwing their dummies at one another and giggling as they refuse to sleep.

But Kate, and her husband, Gerard, 35, wouldn’t have it any other way and the pair are constantly laughing at their unruly antics.

The triplets, who have two older siblings Louie, 11, and Tia, three, don’t seem to be showing signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Kate said: “They’ve been cheeky since the day they were born, despite being nine weeks premature.

“Dolly, Annie and Gerard are hilarious and they work as a tag team during the day.

“We had some barriers to stop them from coming into the kitchen but they overruled us.

“They each stood on one another and managed to push it over.

“When you’ve got one baby it’s easy to watch them constantly but when there’s three, there is always one trying to start trouble.

“They aren’t bothered about playing with their toys, they’d much rather run riot at home and jump all over the furniture.

“After breakfast, lunch and dinner, they are normally left completely covered in food.

“My son, Louie, had to use his white lab jacket to help me put them in the bath the other day as they were that filthy.

“Despite their cheeky personalities we wouldn’t change them for the world, they are so cute.”

Kate was told she was expecting triplets in April 2014 – it was a complete shock as they’d been conceived naturally.

She added: “We were hoping for one baby and we got three.

“I couldn’t imagine my life without them all now and they definitely keep me on my toes.

“Annie is normally the instigator in the mayhem they cause but they all take it in turns.

“I caught Annie smashing Dolly into the wall in the pram and they love getting Gerard in it as well.

“I haven’t got any cutlery left now as they’ve managed to smash it all, we have mostly plastic plates and bowls now.

“My beautiful house is slowly being ruined as they stain carpets with chocolate and smoother the sofa in any cream they can find.

“Me and Gerard have to ensure everything is kept up high as they get into anything and everything.”

It was February 12, last year that Dolly, who weighed 3lb 14oz, Annie, who weighed, 4lbs 3, and Gerard, who weighed 3lbs 13, were born.

Kate added: “By the time I was 31 weeks and 5 days, I looked as though I could’ve exploded, my stomach was enormous.

“Me and Gerard were petrified about how our lives would map out with triplets but after a few weeks we set up a structured routine.

“It was like a military operation but now they’re older it has become easier in some ways.

“As they’re independent now they don’t wake up during the night but they more than make up for it in the day.

“I just stand back and laugh most of the time.

“I often know when they’ve done something as I can hear Dolly’s giggle and it’s normally a sign that they’e up to no good.”
