A high school student created an hilarious parody music video to invite his sweetheart to prom – and she said YES!

Tri Lee, from Washington, was left stunned when his parody of the classic love song from ‘Titanic’ wowed his class mate, Micki, into accepting his prom invitation.

the 18-year-old attends Cascade High School, in Everett, along with his beloved classmate, Micki, also 18, but wanted to do something extra special to catch her attention.

Tri shot the footage at Mulkiteo Beach, where he can be seen playing his recorder along to the song ‘My Heart Will Go On’.

The inspired youngster wanted to surprise Micki with his video proposal but was left in complete shocked when she agreed to be his date to the prom.

Tri said: “I saw a Titanic recorder video and I thought ti would be funny if I I did it to ask her to the prom.

“She wasn’t expecting it but she probably guessed I was going to ask her.

“She thought the video was very funny and cute.

“A lot of kids saw it at our school and they thought it was avery cool thing to do and very cool.”

It seems as though Tri won Micki’s heart and they are now a couple.
