The images, taken in 2017, show Fabio's friend in the middle of the two radar dishes. Fabio said: "The most difficult, thing was the light of the headlamp. We needed some shots to find the right angle for it, to not overexpose the radar dish." Fabio, who was previously an audio engineer, is now a landscape photographer added: "I found this place last year on the internet. We visited for the first time last summer, but unfortunately it was really foggy and we were not able to shoot the Milky Way.

"That is why I had to come back this again this year." Describing his thought process behind the images, he said: "That is not easy to explain. I look at the exposure, sometimes it feels right and sometimes it doesn't. "If not, then I delete it. If right, then I work on it."
