This is the heart-warming moment a kid said his birthday wish was to have an amputee man’s arm grow back.
On June 9, five-year-old Freddie Powell met with his dad’s friend Stephen Kennedy, who lost his left arm in the 2016 Croydon tram derailment.
As Freddie inspected Stephen’s amputated arm, he said: “How did you even break it?”
The kid went on to say: “When it’s my birthday, I wish everything goes back to normal and then your hand will be back.”
“Is that your birthday wish?” Stephen, who was clearly moved, asked the boy.
Stephen said: “That has melted me.”
