These cubs were so hungry they could BEAR-LY believe their luck when they stumbled across a barbecue.

The family of cubs, along with their mum, soon set about finding food as they tried to open the barbecue and explored picnic tables at a picturesque tourist hotspot.

The funny scene was captured by construction manager Scott Stone.

The 44-year-old from Montana is a seasonal bear guide in Kodiak and at Katmai National Park in Alaska.

Scott, who has been studying bears all his life, came across this hilarious moment during a walk along the Buskin River, where a sow and her cubs often visit.

He said: “On this particular day we just happened to be in the right place at the right time when the bears started checking out the BBQ area.

“It was really funny to see, as it looked like one bear was cooking and the others were waiting at the tables for food.

“It’s always fun to watch them but at the same time we are always cautious and the safety of the bears is most important.”
