A talented 12 year old stunned commuters playing a note-perfect rendition of Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ in the middle of a crowded train station.
Alfie Bennett, 12 from Sutton Coldfield, West Mids, was travelling to Birmingham New Street with his family from London and upon arrival he headed straight to the piano to play the song, on August 31.
His mum Kayley Bennett, 32, says ’Bohemian Rhapsody’ is his favourite song and she was touched by the other travellers’ reaction.
The mum-of-three said: “ It was amazing, some people were filming, others were crying while they were watching, a lot of people were asking if I was his mum.
“I am so proud- the people didn’t seem to bother him at all, he just loves music and plays for himself.
“He taught himself about three years ago and he also plays the guitar- he definitely wants to be a musician when he grows up.
“He was diagnosed with autism when he was nine so he sometimes struggles in social situations but he has found music as his way of communication. “
